After reserving a two bed standard room. I arrived to find out that the room was not available. After a week, I made a new reservation same details (2bed standard room)but with reservation specialist and arrived to find out the room was a one bed and had to wait until someone checked out possibly later that day or didn't check in, in order to stay. I waited until 3PM and thanks to a cancellation ended up with a room. Stayed two weeks. First week, no working heat and pests were a constant concern. Also, No bedskirt on beds and very unsanitary.. Second week, no internet and yet was charged a technology fee.
Staff was very friendly. Always looking for ways to help. Property is in a great location. Guy at front desk(Jay), is always willing to help, and goes above and beyond for guest.
Service was awesome. They went above and beyond to make my stay nice. Will definitely be going back.
Definitely not the best but its not the worst either. I found the front desk staff to be extremely pleasant & eager to help. What I like most is that they let you inspect your room before checking in. The front desk clerk made an effort to ensure I got one of the better rooms. He explained that the property is old and they are in the process of upgrading their rooms.nnI reserved a premier room online, (FYI- you don't want to stay in a standard room they are awful)nnAlthough, my room didn't looked ANYTHING, like the picture online, it was decent for the money.nThe outside of the hotel is clean and the area is pretty quiet. If you're driving the hotel is in good proximity to the mall, Walmart, Target, several major restaurants etc.nnIf you're not driving, the bus stop is within walking distance & getting a rideshare to most places is pretty cheap.nnIf you plan on staying a while, you'll want to bring your own towels, cookware & toilet paper. The towels they provide are thin & rough. Also they don't provide toilet paper after giving you the 1st roll, nor do they provide laundry service for the towels.nnHousekeeping comes once a week, the service is decent. I'm giving it 3 stars because the price is fair and its not a total dump. If you need a place to stay and you're on a budget, you easily make it work.
I cannot express how grossed I feel from walking in the rooms, the first one I went to smelled of mold and the second one had cockroaches, a flooded kitchen area, and smelled like something was burning. I ran out of there.
