Kind of weird location, basically inside of a hospital, so it is equally as maze-like as a hospital. That part is annoying. The parking garage kind of sucks for the same reason. It’s an identical experience to parking in a confusing hospital parking garage.nThe walls are thin so I needed white noise to sleep.nThe wifi did not work for me, but I made no real effort to troubleshoot it.nnThe room was great. Super clean. Very comfortable. The room attendant, Santos, was wonderful and kind of helpful with my heavy bags. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful.nThe bed! The bed is great! This alone would cause me to stay at this hotel again, it was very comfy for a hotel bed.nnI think I paid about $115 or so for a Monday night and it was very much worth it.

I can't say the room is horrible but it's literally part of a hospital, not the best idea especially during a pandemic, there's tons of things I can list wrong, this was the most weirdest experience for a hotel ever, I'd rather stay somewhere ghetto if I had the choice. For the price I payed I could have stayed in downtown NOLA. It's great if you're visiting family in the hospital I guess, or you're looking for a super quiet room, with security everywhere and hospital personel and very hard to even locate the hotel at first, they list all these great amenities such as barber shops and restaurants, which is true but it's in a hospital literally. I called the front desk at like 11 for extra pillows but of course they didn't have access to that, bed was super comfy. Just should let you know it's literally a hospital.

Ms Ruby has made my stay at the hotel very much like home. She was very polite & answered ever question we needed help with. With her help my stay in New Orleans been great with all the great info see provided.

Ok. It is a hospital hotel. That being said, it is a fantastic hotel. It is a maze. Sort of like a hospital. I doubt I will ever stay anywhere else in the area on future trips. Fantastic hotel.

My first review was one star. But the night auditor at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating enough to give me a new room after the ac wasn’t working in my original one. Technical malfunctions happen, but her customer service changed the whole direction of the tide, and made things right.
