Stayed here with my husband just to get away from our homely routines for a night. We were able to relax together in the jacuzzi. It was a pleasant night and I wouldn't mind staying again.
Their was so damage to the room and management didn't seem to care about it
Express inn has a very comfortable setting if all you need is one night sleep however if you're looking for an extended stay twonnights or more it would definitely not be the best option. Continental breakfast is not offered although when you walk into the lobby it would appear that way the only thing they serve between the hours of 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. is coffe.
If noisy hotel is your thing and do not mind not getting good rest then this is your place. Nice staff but the contractors they have staying there make enough noise to wake the dead. Even late into the night. I called and notified hotel staff, they told me they would speak with guest above me but that seem to have no effect at all. Second night it happened again and I advised them again but they made no effort to rectify the situation. We packed up and canceled the rest of our plans and went home. Rooms are clean thus giving the extra star, but none of that matters if you can not get sleep at the place your supposed too. It sounded like the guest above us was dropping bowling balls on the floor. The roof and walls shook all night long. Hotel managers need to do a better job at giving one warning to disruptive guest and after that you ask them to leave. I would never return to this hotel. Next time Ill cough up the extra dough and stay at Best Western down the road where they understand the meaning of importance to a good nights rest. Horrible experience.
