I had a great time with my kids! We stayed here for a few nights for the spring break and we had a great vacation! Thanks to the hotel staff for being so kind & providing some fresh fruits & other packaged breakfast items for us even after we came lil later after the breakfast hours. Clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay.
Me & My husband enjoyed our stay at Sleep Inn & Suites. Very clean comfortable room, clean jet tub. I felt safe as there was always someone at the desk to answer any que or concern. Highly recommend this place.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. With the Pandemic ongoing they knew where we could get food ordered in and any takeout. We had been at EJMH for several days and were tired at the end of the day. The rooms were very clean and even smelled clean. We felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. Handicapped parking was very convenient for us. We will be back very soon for more hospital visits. Thank you all for making our stay comfortable.
Hotel was older, but VERY clean. The only reason for the 4 stars is the parking situation. I know New Orleans parking can be a challenge, but if you are driving a larger vehicle, you better pack you patience. The overflow parking located across the street had trash thrown around and was poorly lit.
Room was clean but small. Rooms with windows facing interstate will hear loud cars passing by. Breakfast is horrible. Don’t stay here for the free breakfast. It’s a few packages of coffee cakes and pop tarts and no drinks! Went down there 30 minutes before breakfast closed and all was left was 4 coffee cakes - I inquired if that was all there was for breakfast and the lady said yes and kept cleaning the coffee area. She did not even try to get more items out.
