Well it's clean the people at the front office were very nice and helpful and friendly. A little pricey for a week stay by it definitely surprised me at how clean it is. One room a bathroom a a little kitchen with a sink and a stove top and microwave and a 5ft tall refrigerator with freezer. I was impressed, so I guess it's worth the price for a clean place to stay while trying to get back on your feet while you're working odd jobs to save money to get a better life going rather than sleeping outdoors. Very impressed.
The outside looks so beautiful but the inside is horrible!!! There and drawers missing from the dresser. Roaches crawling around. The tub has mold in it. The blankets are too thin and won’t even stay put on the bed. Not to mention the burnt holes in the blankets that look like they came from cigarettes. This was an awful experience and they don’t do refunds. Please don’t waste your money here. Also the neighbor has kids that would just run up and down the hallways and yell and scream through the walls ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Geez. This hotel actually deserves no stars at all. This is the kind of hotel crackheads live in.
Office staff was pleasant, polite and very helpful. If you need a place to lye your head it's reasonable. It smelt like cigarette smoke, the carpet needs cleaning and several small repairs need to be made. Old worn furniture. I appreciated the refrigerator, 2 stove eyes, sink, microwave and cabinets.
DONT book at this hotel rooms smell and are extremely dirty . They are suppose to be renovated but are not . Never tell you the money is non refundable. The front desk has terrible customer service manner .
I didn't want to give not even 1 star. When I arrived I wasn't greeted, etc. I was ignored while she was on the phone, etc. Some people should not be working with the public . You are treated poorly when u are there to spend ud83dudcb0the standard room was horrible so u better book a premium room. If one is not available go elsewhere. The only good thing is The location: many eateries and stores are near the hotel plus it is close to the interstate.
