Phenomenal people and service! Treated my family and I like family of their own. I felt like I was coming home. Will definitely do business with them again. Best B&B I ever visited. Recommend to anyone!
I cannot speak more highly of this Bed and Breakfast. The owners Kim and Jim were great and provided one of a kind hospitality. When my husband and I arrived, Kim had a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room because she knew we were on our honeymoon. The room was nicely decorated with its own bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The Huffman House is also conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Minden which has some great restaurants and shoppes. Lastly, I cannot forget the breakfast. The breakfast was phenomenal. Definitely beats staying at a hotel. Thank you so much again to Kim and Jim!
Very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Great people. We recorded to everyone. Like the at home atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
My Husband and I came to Minden, LA for a family gathering, but it just so happened to be our Anniversary. So, I didn't want to just book any old Hotel, and decided to reserve a room at the Huffman House Bed and Breakfast. The owners Kim and Jim were such a pleasure to work with on arranging this romantic weekend for us. The Huffman House was extremely comfortable and remarkably beautiful and maintained to perfection. We were able to have our coffee on the porch under the beautiful shade trees. Breakfast each and every morning was delicious, and Kim's jam's and jelly's were fabulous along with a very generous portion. Conversation with the owners was also very enjoyable. This was a wonderful experience for us, and have Kim and Jim to thank. Your hospitality and thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated.nThanks you guys so much.nDave and Lisa Habis
Beautiful, historic, wonderful family. Participated in parade of homes. It is gorgeous. Mrs. Huffman has beautiful Christmas trees around every turn.
