The Staff was very helpful to customers while they were under a lot of pressure. It is an older property so the rooms look tired, but shower and bath work well. Beds are acceptable. no coffee maker but free coffee. Overall good value for the cost is good.
Everything was great, comfortable as well. We were traveling through. To get back home to Illinois and quickly left to get back on the road. Realized we didn't have our daughters ABSOLUTE favorite, must have to sleep, bear about 5 hours into our trip after leaving. So Kathy, the manager, was in constant contact with us, for days, until she could mail it back to us in Illinois. We finally received it today and my daughter is extremely happy, in turn makes me very happy. So thank you to Kathy and everyone else for the amazing service we recieve while there, and after!
I found this place to be exactly what I needed it to be. It's got a pretty good view sitting next to a lake, close to restaurants, and just off the interstate. Perfect place to stop mid-trip
Literally the only good thing about getting a room here was the indoor pool. The room was not clean when I checked in. They wouldn't give us clean towels when we asked and the TV in the room didn't even work. When I told them they said I could have a refund but I would have to leave. Sorry management at its finest
Just checked in. Room is horrific. First thing I see before sitting on the bed is a LITERAL pubic hair. Yellow stains on every sheet. No pillow cases, pillows are yellow too. Carpet is peeling off the wall where it’s been glued against. Smears, smudges and miscellaneous gunk on every mirror. Dust everywhere. No fridge, the shelf to support it is falling apart. ud83eudd2e
