The owners were very nice and the room was comfortable. A no frills motel. You have to ask for clean bedding and such. It is not provided. Price was reasonable and the local residents were so friendly. BUT, there were ants in the room and the rug was absolutely filthy. The bottoms of my feet turned black with just one wandering across the rug. The owners need to take some time to make the area outside nice. Aesthetics go a long way. Grass wasn't maintained nicely and there was garbage and broken glass everywhere. Fearful for my service dog cutting his feet.
For the price it's not worth the quality of your stay. Service is terrible. Rooms are dirty. I would not recommend unless it's absolutely necessary.
Second time here was on April 29 and the room I had was nasty with ants in the room. I had it pretty odd how the website says pet friendly and then when you arrive their is a sign in the window that says no animals only. I was needed a place to stay apon having my dog with me and I couldn't barely sleep owning about the possible drug activity drug on outside the door which didnt stopped until around 3 or 4am.
Excellent room and customer service.
The room was clean, some upgrades have been done, bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should have. Was within walking distance to a few places we needed. Overall a pretty nice place.
