The hotel isn’t what it used to be. A lot of traffic in and out of guest whom are not staying there. Even the workers are involved with the traffic. There is a safety concern as doors are broken and do not lock at the hotel. Also a housekeeper walked in my room while I was working and tried to say it was a mistake. However I had a sleeping sign on my door and she should of never entered. The manager is careless and lazy. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at a better location. The hotel needs new management
The service wasn't just excellent, the people who work there are so pleasant and helpful, and treat you as if they love what they do and enjoy people!
Free hot breakfast and comfortable beds. Fridge & microwave very useful and coffee machine small & basic, but provides good coffee. Staff very helpful and free shuttle service (within a 4 mile radius) was brilliant, definitely worth booking this hotel alone. Shuttle drivers were fab too, friendly, accommodating and happy to make local recommendations.
Please don’t hesitate to book this hotel for your stay. I had the most best experience here with my daughter for her birthday and I have absolutely zero complaints about the hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the room, the pool, the cleanliness..overall everything!! Very clean, very welcoming, AMAZING!!! Amanda in the front desk is the sweetest and kindest, respectful, helpful staff ever. Love love love it!!!! Book them now and you would not be disappointed at all. Great job Hampton Inn!
