We had reservation and when we show up the guys said” my hot water is not working . We try to work with him and stated that he want to cancel our reservation. I have never seen poor customer service than this place. Don’t to that hotel , it’s nusty
The architecture of the room is weird, like the placement of the sink is by the exit and the bathroom is quite small. The breakfast is decent, serving eggs, bacon, muffins and pancakes. Once again it’s really small so the dining area can be hard to dine in. Also at my stay, there was a few kissing bugs found in our pillowcase giving my friend an allergic reaction.
