I thought this was a beautiful hotel. Well located. Great rooms. All around good service. It has a very modernized and clean environment and the staff and is well trained, accommodating and helpful. It’s just shy of the city so good for people staying on business as they are about 12-15 south of Logan airport.
Nice hotel. Recently renovated, kept very clean. One surprise, no safe in the room. They used to have them but after the renovation they eliminated them. Restaurant still closed due to pandemic.
Great clean, high quality hotel at the summit of the new industrial/residential area but kind of off the beaten path with little access to transportation other than shuttle, rideshare or a nice but long walk down to the subway.nThis is also where Amazon holds its Boston career interviews so thank you to both Marriott and Amazon for giving people a place and opportunity to find jobs during the Covid-19 pandemic! ud83dudc99
Always a pleasant place to stay. Front desk and staff are very responsive. In these troubled times, it exceeds expectations. Rooms seem to have been refreshed since my last time here.
The room was very nice the hotel is very nice and clean!!! But the greeting during check in was not so nice. Josephine was very rude! Not so much to me but to the gentleman behind me simply looking for a cart. Also to the person with me that had made the reservations for me. I stay in hotels all over and that was the first time seeing a front desk attendant treat anybody like she did!!! She should keep her bad mood at home,and maybe be kept from working with customers. Business is going to drop with an attitude like Josephines greeting.
