We were in town for the medical center...I had read the reviews on how helpful and accommodating the staff was. They did not disappoint. They extended the stay on one of our rooms at the very last minute. They truly did treat everyone like a member of their family. I highly recommend to any one for extended stay!
What a treat to be in Jasper and have a beautiful Microtel hotel near by.nThe staff is friendly and neighborly. The morning breakfast was great! And 24/7 hot coffee, tea and juice...commentary.nThe wi fi works really great and its also very quiet. Way to go Wyndham!!!nLet's not forget the family of cats that adopt you as soon as you get out of your car...
Room was clean. Everything was well maintained. It was a nice basic hotel room (nothing extravagant). It was slightly off the main road so noise was minimal. We got in late and checked out early but I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.
Would have rated higher if room had microwave and mini fridge like most other hotels have. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk clerk was very nice but no mask on which bothered me a little. Overall the room was nice.
I made reservations through an online company was given the handicap room. There was no bathtub, just a shower. The room stunk like there was mess somewhere or else the drain in the bathroom had it in there. There was also no vanity in the bathroom and not much room to put anything.nIt was a well lit room and ok except for the smell.
