The rooms have had roaches and clothes are stolen with no reports back from cameras. The wifi goes down for days at a time, and the office people leave so if you get locked out after a certain time then you're screwed.

My fiance just left they paid 430 bucks walked into the room to find tap on the light fixtures is not a room I want my new born child in,is there anyway I can get a refund she walked in an then out.

I called and made my reservation two days before check in. My daughter, husband & I we’re traveling from Columbia to Valdosta for his new job and upon arriving around 2:30am i had to wait outside about 20 minutes knocking on the door while the front desk clerk was asleep. Once He finally opened the door and checked us in, We weren’t given any towels or extra bed sheets for an entire week stay. Once i entered the room I QUICKLY REALIZED IT WAS ROACH INFESTED. There were ROACHES in the fridge , Cabinets, Underneath the Threshold In the Floor, The Bathroom , JUST EVERYWHERE. The freezer was Completely Compacted with ice, there was something that appeared to be blood at the bottom of the closet door, I called the front desk immediately and was told to wait until the office opened at 11am to inform them. I called several times the next morning and the cleaning lady was sent out. She proceeded to wipe the blood stain with a TISSUE & threw it into the trash, she emptied ALL the ice from the freezer & left it compiled in the sink and i was told that pest control would be out the following day for the Roaches. THE FOLLOWING DAY NOTHING! No pest control ! No FOLLOW UP ! NOTHING ! I HAD TO ASK SEVERAL TIMES FOR A BOTTLE OF RAID . I was given the raid and i started spraying it in all of the areas i had killed roaches. INSIDE THE BACK & BEHIND the refrigerator was where i FOUND a massive amount of roaches. So i INFORMED THE FRONT DESK AGAIN. She told me pest control would be out the following day. They following day comes and the lady at the front desk said pest control would be out within the hour. So i found something to do and informed THE SAME LADY AT THE FRONT DESK that i was taking my 5 year old out while they spray for bugs and to please tell them to TARGET BEHIND THE FRIDGE! She assured me she would tell them to target that area when they arrived. After 2 hours i was never given an update on whether pest control had come so When i returned back to the room THERE WERE STILL ROACHES CRAWLING EVERYWHERE. This was day 3, NOW ITS DAY 5 and there are still ROACHES EVERYWHERE. I had to go and buy bread and cereal for my baby and there was roaches in it within 24 hrs of it being here. THE FRONT DESK HAS NOT CHECKED BACK WITH US or OFFERED A NEW ROOM OR A DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING. I even had to go and ask for a broom to sweep up the massive amount of dead roaches from the Raid I’ve been spraying. I used the entire can IN just 2 1/2 days not to mention my child is being forced to breath in these chemicals in this tiny room for days. I HAVE TO SHAKE OUT ALL OF SUITCASES DAILY TO BE SURE THERES NO BUGS IN. I CANT GET THE SMELL OF RAID OUT OF MY DAUGHTERS CLOTHES. THIS ROOM WAS BY FAR MY WORSE EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL EVER & A FULL REFUND OF MY ENTIRE STAY IS IN ORDER! Please fix this so no one has to go through this.

I have a very large room with full kitchenette in it table and four chairs two beds it's basically a studio apartment so all that's good and it's pretty much quiet around here my problem is the damn fire alarm keeps going off the refrigerator keeps tripping the GFCI outlet and my milk got hot and stuff. I did report it in the maintenance man did come and check on refrigerator although I had already looked into a different outlet but the fire alarm still is not fixed but overall a good place to me.
