Very comfortable room. Nothing fancy but clean and a comfortable bed. A little bit of a challenge to find in the dark and when you are exhausted from driving but worth it if you are looking for a quiet nights sleep. So I give it five stars for the type of hotel it is. It is not in the class of a resort but it's not a motel dive either. We appreciated a good night's sleep during a long drive to our destination.
Overall very good stay. Door was hard to open at times. AC/Heating System is very outdated. Took several minutes to come on and made a noise when it did. Room only had one overhead light so without the lamps on it was very dark. Housekeeping came before nine which is too early. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable as it relates to the bed and bathroom.
The outside of the building could really use some TLC. The AC unit is ancient. Beds were comfy but small as they only offer 2 double beds, no queen. Overall its good to stay a night or maybe 2
I needed somewhere safe to sleep halfway on a trip. My room was very clean. The parking lot is very well lit. There are plenty of places to eat close. The staff was extremely nice. The bed was very comfy, although the pillows are a little too soft for me ( I prefer hard but travel with my own). The highlight to me was the bathtub. It was a nice soaking tub. I will gladly book again since I do this trip frequently.
Right from the moment I checked in I was elated I chose this property‼ufe0f Was absolutely amazed by the customer service I received from Calandria‼ufe0f She was very attentive to getting me checked in early and did a super fantabulous job‼ufe0f I enjoyed our conversation and will gladly return if I’m in the area again for my work‼ufe0f
