Wonderful hotel, very convenient to Wild Adventures and the main areas of Valdosta. Our room was very clean during covid which we have come to expect with Marriott (and why we mostly book with them in addition to being an elite member). I'm really glad that they have a hot breakfast even with all of this, not a buffet but still decent. The staff have been helpful as well.

Stayed in a double queen bed room. Clean. Very large open room. Very updated and modern. Bathroom is very nice. We travel with a pack n play, and we had plenty space for this

I would not recommend staying in this hotel. I checked in to stay the night over with my children in two separate rooms. My son 11 years old calls me at 3AM to let me know that the room is freezing cold. I go check on their room and find out the AC unit is broken and is blowing freezing cold air. It was 35 degrees outside that night. I get dressed go down to the front desk to get the AC working so that the kids can sleep or get another room the gentleman at the front desk is not able to help and was not wearing a mask. He said I can’t move you to another room and couldn’t fix the AC. In the morning during my check out process I informed the Michael Watson the hotel manager of the AC problem and how my kids couldn’t sleep in that room, requested a refund or credit for another night. He simply refused and said “Stuff like that happen” Michael also did not wear a mask and when I asked if they are not required to wear a mask he said that they are but he has a health condition that prevent him from wearing a mask. I asked him about the night time receptionist if he also had a health condition and he he doesn’t know. Additionally the lady that woke us up at 8 inquiring to. About cleaning the room did not wear a mask. With regards to the rooms they were smelly and had two towels for two people.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. I did my own staycation here and it help to get me away from my busy life from work.

Best place to stop on the way to Sarasota.....my suite was to die for and the night manager was very pleasant and helpful. I had the best night sleep and the extremely oversized bathroom was quite accommodating......let's just say the suite life was ssssswwwweeeeeeeeetttttt!!!!
