This hotel meets the standard of quality I expect when staying at Hilton brand hotels. There was access and parking for my commercial vehicle (tractor trailer). Of course, I arrived before the lot was occupied with other vehicles. However, the truck driver can maneuver for a straight line back up when parking in the lot on the interstate side of property. Walmart and 2 nice restaurants are within walking distance.
I want to give them 0 stars. I can not post the pictures on the review. The smell of painted over mold is apparent in hallways. It is also visually apparent in the room. The floor under the shower seat had grime built up in the grout lines. Now because of the disgusting conditions I have had to cut my visitation with my daughter short. With everything going on in the world this is not okay. Oh and because we booked with Expedia there's nothing the hotel can do. If my family falls ill I will be coming back with lawyers.
STAFF IS GREAT. I have a service animal and called ahead to make them aware and the women was the nicest. When we got there, she made sure to put us on the first floor (even though I didn't request it) because she knew I had a service animal and didn't want me too far from the door. Room was extremely clean and the common areas were as well. I would highly recommend staying here
Found 86$ saver online .Couldn't complete the reservation. Finally called directly to make reservation. Guy said he couldn't find it, will make reservation then find it before we get there . Get there. 2 women at desk. 86 not happening. $102 which comes out to $126 with fees and taxes. Bait and switch. So angry.
Rates were incorrect and we were charged more on 2 of my 4 rooms. When we tried to explain the situation to the front desk, we felt as though we were verbally attacked by the Supervisor that charged from the back room. I think she would have showed a little more professionalism seeing that it was not a mistake of ours.
