Staff was nice and they were flexible with us getting there early. However, you get what you pay for. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were way too thick and the spare pillow in the closet had a huge stain on it. There was hair still on the blanket. Our last morning there, it smelled like sewage...maybe pay a little more and go somewhere else.
I had a one night stay and truly enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room came with a balcony overlooking the pool. The surrounding area is nice with lots of good eatery spots. My stay here was peaceful and I look forward to visiting again.
Outstanding Front Desk staff, Customer Service was 1st to none. The Engineer went and scooped the leaves out of the pool. ud83dude01 He had already cleaned it. Thank you for going the extra mile! Hotel is in desperate need of renovations. The tub had a ring in it from NOT being cleaned. Floors in room were filthy, made my feet black just waking around inside room. Bartender was nice and poured a good drink... At lease there was something that was worth the stay.
Very nice hotel. Enjoyed Sindey's company at the bar. She is an excellent bartender. If I am in town again, I will stay here, thanks.
