We had a wonderful experience recently working with Tucker Exteriors to get our roof replaced. They explained the insurance process and were extremely accessible for questions. Our roof was completed in a day without any issue or surprises. I was also impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned up. It's not often you get such a straight forward and uncomplicated interaction with a contractor. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Tucker Exteriors. Eli walked us through the insurance process, and answered any calls or texts with questions we sent his way. I was blown away with the speed in which we were scheduled and completed. We dropped off our initial payment on a Friday, and we had a new roof installed by the next Wednesday. Our day-of contact, Corey was awesome to deal with as well. He was on time, courteous (even though I forgot to move my cars for him and caused a delay), and communicated with us every step of the way. I was amazed with the speed, quality of the work that was completed, and the state in which my yard was left at the end of the day. I was fully expecting to pick up nails for some time in the yard, but there was ZERO trace of any nails or debris. From beginning to end, the customer service, and final product were amazing. I would recommend Tucker Exteriors in a heartbeat.
