First night charges cancelled because assigned room was not visibly unclean. Next day we were moved to a clean suite, which met expectations. No amenities due to COVID. Staff were nice enough.
Staff is wonderful. We come to McDonough twice a month and have tried every hotel in the square on Mill road. Fairfield Inn's staff puts the others to shame.nHope is fantastic and remembered all our names on the second visit calling out a personal greeting upon arrival. Kanneshia is equally wonderful making sure our stay is comfortable.
I stayed in room 123..... the room didn’t feel all that clean. It made noise all day and especially the night. If you’re like 32inch TVs this is the place for you. From the thin towels and face cloths to the mold caulking in the tub... it just wasn’t a good experience for me. I don’t eat the breakfast so I wouldn’t know if it was good or not. The location was by far the BEST thing about the hotel. Honestly to anyone reading this if you’re have other options for places to stay go elsewhere! This should be your last option

Front area needs vacuum and carpet areas need cleaning in halls. although it’s clean enough still needs some tlc. Disappointed it has no hair dryers and no Usb plug ins. Not sure when the last time I stayed in a hotel that did not offer a dryer. I would of thought it would of had newer items to offer for the price. Felt like I was staying in an old hotel.
