Indoor pool was clear and had a outdoor area for smoking/reading. The room was nice and bed was comfy. The kitchen even had a dishwasher and dishes. Large shower but no hair conditioner. The desk gave me what I needed though. I just liked it here. Extra towels, linens available anytime.nClean, safe and comfortable. The rate about average and worth it.
Overall a good stay. Only issue was more attention needs to be placed on bathroom cleanliness. It's bad enough you're in an area where multiple people utilize. One doesn't need reminders IE hair and dirty outside toilet to remind them. Otherwise I recommend staying.
Great Location with loads of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are all polite and professional. Any minor hiccups were handled promptly and efficiently. Aisha who works days and Joshua who works at night were both especially helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
I expected more from this hotel. Carpets needs cleaning/shampoo. Shower doors needed to be better cleaned. Better noise control. Air conditioner unit very loud/noisy.
I am a Hilton Honors member and this facility seemed to be understaffed. The property and room were not as clean as I normally find in a Hilton brand. The room was not fully stocked for 1 overnight stay. Other than that, the location, breakfast, and staff were satisfactory.
