My reservation was cancelled when I arrived. Manager who wasn't wearing a mask stated he would give me his last room at the rate I was previously stated. TV stations kept freezing during movies. Children in the room above us that were up running around past midnight. Upon checkout I receive a bill almost $100 more that I was assured I would have to pay. I was visiting my Granddaughter in the area and will visit quite often however I won't be patronizing this place again. Bed was clean and comfortable and Continental breakfast was included. However the carpet in the room needed attention. Because I had my bedroom slippers it could've been overlooked with the discount I was promised.
My husband, toddler son and I traveled here for a funeral. Upon arriving, we thought...BAD LOCATION!!! Photos on website doesn't show you that its across from a truck shop. Staff was great. We got a king suite and it was definitely below our expectations. Furniture was old, carpet was nasty with bugs in the floor, no towel racks, 4 tiny pillows on a KING bed, clothes rack with no hangers. Indoor pool is the ONLY plus for this location. I wish we could upload photos
More like a B&B. Staff was great, breakfast was more than expected.
The front desk lady was VERY RUDE. Her name was Kathleen. She blamed us but it was definitely HER! We couldn't find the hotel, called her for directions and she said she didn't know how to get there. When we arrived around 5 pm. She was rude as soon as we walked in she jumped on us and didn't want to give us a room even though we made reservations weeks ago. She told us not to expect any service that night. It was very noisey in the halls during the night. Was woke up at 3 am with women laughing and talking in the halls. The people below us told us when they were checking out that it sounded like people were moving furniture all night. If Kathleen worked for me she would no longer have a job. She told us immediately when we walked in that she had already called her supervisor and told her how bad we were so don't bother calling. I wasn't planning to anyway. I would definitely not stay there again and don't recommend anyone does. We just wanted a quiet place to sleep after driving all day on our way to Florida. Well that didn't happen!!!!
My family had just moved to Georgia, our new home furnace was broken, we had to stay at an hotel and Ramada was very close, I met Joyce at the front desk she was very sweet,and friendly, she did an amazing job, she deserves a raise. The room was spacious,and the cleaning ladies were very warm M friendly. I would definitely stay again... One thing that I saw was my son had paid for 3 nights, the money was charged, then was charged again 7 times, he was refunded, but that was crazy.
