Staying at this Hampton Inn was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The young woman and man at the check in counter last night were both very friendly and made sure to spray lysol on all surfaces after each guest checked in. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed swimming in the heated indoor/outdoor pool. Breakfast selections were great and the lady serving us was very friendly, attentive, and fast all while keeping everything clean and organized. I will definitely stay at this location again when I am in the area. Thank you for the lovely experience and making your hotel safe and comfortable during these difficult times.
This hotel is not up to Hampton Inn Standards. First of all, they don’t follow their own rules: With big signs at the door requiring masks, upon entry I see a manager chatting with a guest, both without masks. On the way to our room we saw other employees without masks. How can we expect customers to follow a rule if the hotel staff doesn’t even do it?nNext, the drawer in the bedside table would not stay closed. It just crept to full open. We had to tie it shut to avoid hitting it on getting out of bed.nNext was the toilet. It leaks slightly and refills itself every few minutes, keeping us awake. All in all not up to Hilton/Hampton Inn standards.
They really should consider hiring someone to come in there and get this hotel clean!!! Disgusting! Bathroom was filthy the room smelled like an old sweaty sock ! I had to clean the bathroom b4 I even used it. The only thing that I liked about this Hampton was their guest laundry washer & dryer it wax fairly new so that was nice. Would not recommend this Hampton ! Pay a lil extra and stay at the Garden Inn right up the road
My first encounter was with the staff checking in late at night. Good Customer Service. My room on the other hand was not up to par. The shower had black caked in molding around the shower and the shower head. The sink had pieces of hair that was from previous guest I presume. I spoke to the GM the next day and was accommodated with another room. Same result in the other room. The staff did what a could being understaffed. The owners really need to look into renovation or improving the rooms.
