Room is clean,but when we first got in it,there was not a microwave in the room and had to ask for one,we were choice hotel members and our checkout was 1:00,and the man was rushing us out the door at 12,he was being extremely rude to me,I mean I'm a child and the guys was yelling at me,I even told him I'm a child and he said he did not care and still yelled at me,my mom,and my stepdad.The guy was nice at once,but wasn't after all,so don't let this guy control you. He needs a life and that's all he needs.
I have been calling around all night trying to get a room. All the people I spoke to on the phone had a attitude from the start. Thomas was a awesome dude and was nothing but help full from the start. Give my mans a pay raise.
I would give it 4.5 the place is great I mean super clean. There is a $100 deposit just in case you trash your room. Great breakfast , they even got a waffle maker!nThe only thing is the channel selections is not all that and there is no Spanish channels for Hispanics.
very dirty place, our room had cockroaches in it as well as some other bug and my husband had bites all over him, if you have a pet you according to their policy have to have a double bed pet room which they charged us a $40 room upgrade plus $20 a night pet deposit
Dirty hall way interior. Needs a serious remodel. Room bedspread had cigarette and but was a King bed non smoking room. One pillow on a bug bed that size. Should not have to ask.ud83dude2cud83dude35
