this place is getting bad. management keep giving citation for dumb stuff. like having a trampoline in your yard.nthey raised the price again. but the roads are getting worse to drive in.nthey need more help, office, maintenance better management.
I wish I knew who and why my post keeps getting deleted. I’ll make sure to repost everyday! Why are y’all so afraid of people telling the truth about this place. Why hide the facts so much? There’s robberies occurring, rodent issues in the homes, water leaks everywhere, mold issues, maintenance issues and the list goes on. DONT MOVE HERE
I would not recommend moving here, We have been here 20 years, and it has gone down hill. If you go to the Manager, Nothing gets done! Who ever owns this property, Do something to make this place better, and look better, Damn! When we first moved here it was wonderful, now we are trying to get out! I cant stand this place!
I know management works hard for there community,and it's a nice community,roads get potholes they fix them,some of it has been paved already,yards are nice ,pool just got redone homes look nice ,they are spending money on our community,It has the right leadership,and getting fixed up at a nice pace ,,,well done,Very helpful..
People playing very very loud music, some time all day and night, no respect at all
