This is a VERY nice Best Western. We stayed in a HUGE suite that was CLEAN & COMFORTABLE! EXCELLENT WATER PRESSURE for a hot shower after a long drive. All of their Customer Service Attendants were some of the most amazing & welcoming personal people we've had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time. Pool is open & Full breakfast! I stayed here en route to Florida with my teen sons. I had called before booking to make sure they still had breakfast and an open pool...they did. The night clerk was dressed very casually but was courteous. Our room was large and clean...there was a generous sitting area with 3 seat couch, coffee table, and desk, plus the sleeping area. Good beds and pillows! Room includes a microwave and fridge.
We had a horrible experience at Sleep Inn the night prior to our stay at Beat Western. Upon arriving we were checked in with friendly staff who accommodated us with a big, king bed and clean room. My favorite was the indoor pool which was open and clean. Unlike Sleep inn, Best Western had hot breakfast available and also the gym and pool available. Lobby was clean, property was quite and we really enjoyed our getaway. Wish we had booked Best western for the whole trip but we will definitely return.
I highly recommend this hotel! It was right off the expressway and surrounded by tons of restaurants. Our room was huge and very clean. Parking lot felt safe and was well lit. Staff was very nice. We stayed here just for 1 night on our way to Florida. Will definitely do it again.
Really good experience. Called to find exit # while laying out trip. Very nice person answered and provided info. Check in went great, person was very nice. Room was was nice. Safe feeling location. Great Mexican restaurant with beautiful bar next door (walked over). Morning... Again very nice person at check out and again very nice again at comp breakfast. Just a very pleasant staff. Thank you so much for making feel welcome.
