My five star rating is solely based on customer service and pricing. If you ever stayed at extended stays, then this one is one to consider. This one is clean, the rooms are nice, staff is friendly, and the price is just right for what you get. I've stayed at others between selling and buying homes, and let me tell you, it's hard to find an extended stay that is nice and affordable. Now, like every extended stay, there are things that can be improved, but this place by far is the best one I've stayed at.

The room was ok. Not the best I've ever stayed in, but not the worst. The first day i noticed hairs in my tub and on my towels. I always bring my own towels and lysol cleaning products, so i didn't complain. I just cleaned the bathroom and used my own towels. The second day i noticed tiny spiders all over my bathroom. Really creeped me out. I killed as many as i could. Worst part was how rude the front desk man was. Young black guy. VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. Needs a new line of work. ud83dude14ud83dude2a

A little high... however it is a good place...nWith not much parking... Needs a bigger parking lot & where big trucks can park... & get a shuttle for truck drivers...nThis place is in good location... Close to truck repair places...

Stayed for 2 weeks while I closed on my new home. This place compared to many hotels is on my top 3 for the area. Great large rooms with 2 chairs full sized refrigerator and a 2 burner radiant stove and full size microwave. This place isn't your normal type hotel. They don't disturb you unless you request service during your stay. My room was clean and bug free. They even have bug service on a monthly basis. Great for extended stay and some folks can be unruly but get kicked out for not following hotel guidelines. My 2 weeks was quiet and the weekly rates were less than nearby places like the Baymont. Staff were great. Hotel itself was clean. And on-site laundry room was a bonus with multiple appliances for all. I'd highly recommend WoodSprings to anyone in need of temporary housing or a great stay with nearby shopping just minutes from slot of stores.
