I will not be bringing my dog back to this facility. After 4 days of staying here my dog came home with diarrhea and was throwing up.! My dog has never been this sick before.!!! When I called the facility to ask them why this may be going on the lady responded “well he seemed fine when he was here”. Unacceptable, I will not risk my dogs health at this uncleanliness facility again. The building is old and it smells as soon as you walk in but I looked past that because I read some reviews that seemed good. Those must be friends.! Because this will never be a choice for us again.

Bright and inviting reception area. No hassle picking up my pet after she spent 5 days there. Physical she seemed in good spirits. Receptionists was very friendly.

Please check this place out before buying from a breeder! Many wonderful animals looking for a furever home can be found here!

It's was a very great experience, the whole team was really great!, and nice you feel welcome, like home away from home. It is a very clean and organized place. Please go and take a visit and see for yourself. I can go on and on, however see with your eyes even better..

This was a mediocre experience for a luxury price. Every year my sisters and I save up to board our dogs while we are away for the week. We have two small dogs and one big dog. We look for nice places to board them because they are our fur children. I found the paw pad and fell in love with the site saying the dogs fall asleep to jazz music and a treat on their pillow. I wanted my babies to experience this luxury while we were away. I called to set up an appointment and got the automated message so I left a message and they called me back a few hours later. I called again about the pricing, but my voicemail about the price was not returned. It was not a big deal at the time because we were thinking about $600 at the most because we usually pay $400 when we board them at the vet. We felt justified in choosing the pet hotel because it is advertised as a more luxurious experience, seeing as how they claim to walk them and spoil them. Pricing was no longer a concern for us as that point because their advertisement was the service we wanted. Anyways when we went to drop them off, the customer service was not rude but also not friendly. They presented a rushed, “hurry up, drop them off” kind of vibe. Flash forward to when we go pick them up, the staff member checked the price and asked her coworker if the total was correct? The coworker saw the prices and attempted to see if we could qualify for a military or medical discount. Still unknowing of the price and in hopes of easing their worry, my sister assured them that we knew it would be a bit more expensive because we had three dogs for a week long stay. We were beyond surprised when the lady wrote down $755! This was just a week long stay. This price did not include nor come with any grooming services or anything extra. So now we have definitely decided to scrutinize more carefully about the actual care and well being of our dogs. Our two little dogs smell strongly of urine, my lab has the patches of hair loss on his elbows that come from him lacking proper exercise and movement, which can only lead us to believe he’s been laying on the ground all day. For a bill of $800, this service is absolutely unacceptable. If I wanted them to lay in a cage all day in urine I would’ve left them alone at home. At least at the vet kennel they offer to board them, walk them regularly, and they gave them a bath all for half of the price we paid in hopes of luxury. Now I’m left to having to wash them again because they smell horrible, although it should be noted that they were groomed BEFORE we even left them at the pet hotel... more like pet motel. Again, the price was not the concern, but if we were supposed to “get what we pay for” then I’m sorry, but y’all are too expensive for this bare minimum service. I had to express our difficulties but this was just our first and last experience!
