I do not recommend this hotel at all. They overcharged us without even explaining and when i tried to call about it, they hung up on me. The room was very dirty, stains on the walls and floors. The bathroom smelled bad and not once did they come clean our room. Very bad service!
They deserve zero stars. I had booked three rooms at this location and I called to get the receipts sent to my email because I never received any. The first one hung up on me three times after recievi ngf my information. The manager calls me back and goes off on me because the rooms were cancelled. The rooms were cancelled because there was a roach in the room. My problem was not with the room cancellation, it was that I needed receipts of the voided transactions. After being belittled and screamed at I decided to hang up the phone and just not deal with that location anymore. Literally terrible customer service DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!
Kind of expensive for what you get to stay the night- over $100/night. However, I am thankful that they let us set up camp in the lobby for a few hours while we figured out life after a serious car accident. So for that we are quite grateful!
nice folks great service easy access to fast food an interstate. right next to pendegrass fleamarket
The hotel is ok if you don't have to deal with the woman at the desk. She barely speaks English and she's rude as they come!
