Kevin and Jesse were really easy to work with. All of my questions were answered. I was measured for a bike and allowed to test drive several. We ended up with the Electra step through power assist. I am pleased with my experience and now ride my new bike every day. We will be back when we are ready for another bike. Please check out this place, the staff and products are wonderful.
The staff at Trek McDonough are amazing. Our salesman, Kevin, was amazing to say the least! He spent at least an hour or longer making sure we got the perfect bikes for our needs. I highly recommend Trek for anyone looking to purchase a bike. Great quality bikes, excellent prices and impeccable customer service!
Great Customer Service right when you walk in the door. This place reminds of what a Bike Store is all about. The only thing is I feel like the selection of accessories were limited. I went in for a Water Bottle and I just felt like I should've had more of a choice of different Water Bottles(Colors, Style, Etc). But overall I like coming here
The staff here at Atlanta Trek in McDonough was absolutely amazing. I went in to get my son a new tire and his brakes fixed on his bike. I didn’t have an appointment but they still found a tire and fixed his brakes all while being backed up on repairs. My son was excited to be back on the road and I am very happy to have found a legit bike shop that I can trust with all my biking needs. Thanks Atl Trek!
