It’s a terrible place to live the landlord picks favorites he lets some people have pets then he won’t let some have pets he charges some people $25 extra if they have stuff in there yard and he will take it off without asking and then charge you and they are very rude people.
Mr. Buck is the owner and he is amazing to rent from. If you are honest and actually talk with him, he will understand if you are late with payments. Rent is really affordable as well. A 3 bedroom, 2 bath trailer he rents for $450 a month and that includes water and trash (there is a dumpster on the premises that you dump your trash at). The only bad side is you cannot have pets and no big outside toys for kids like a swing set or trampoline. Also there are two bedroom two baths that are $350 and two bedroom one baths that are the same price.
The children are always in the road way. Some of the kids smashed my sister's kid's pumpkins they carved. Too many trouble makers. The management shows favoritism and there is a lot of trash everywhere. Some of the parents here do not mind there children so they create problems for other parents. I catch someone messing with my sister's kids and I'm going to deal with it myself. The management needs to get a hold on these wondering kids.
Very well kept mobile home park. Owners are friendly as well as the residents. Love living here!
