The area is beautiful our room was overlooking horses below us. There was a scenic farm in the distance with cows grazing and big majestic trees. Lots of pretty birds and wild life as you sit on the balcony. To the side is the golf course it's also amazing. The views were mountainous and lovely. Unfortunately when we got there we had to do our own cleaning for 2 hrs. The the furniture was very dated and stained, we put sheets on those. They do not do a good job cleaning. Maybe because of Covid they can't get people to work there. I could give many examples but I don't want to gross people out. So good and bad.
Nice vacation resort with beautiful views on gulf courses. Clean rooms, great service. Main office building has small convenient shop and Cafe that opened until 5:30 pm. Lots of choices of outside activities.np.s. closest supermarket about 4 miles away, few choices of restaurants that are driving distance as well.
Part apple mountain resort. Very relaxing.
It was fun and nice and quiet. Lots of things in the area to do. Would definitely stay again.
If you are looking for a quiet location this is the place. Close enough to make day trips to Helen, GA and many antique locations nearby.
