This is the walgreens i most frequently shop at. The staff is always helpful - in every way possible - at the photo kiosk, finding products, pharmacy questions. The manager (Kathy, i believe) is always circulating in case you need something - very helpful. And, the checkout line always moves right along.

The store staff is wonderfully helpful as are MOST of the pharmacy workers. There is, however, one pharmacy employee who is absolutely dreadful. She's astoundingly dim, has less than zero empathy/customer service skills and seems to go out of her way to make every interaction problematic. She has NO problem solving abilities – not even for the tiniest of issues. Sadly, she's usually at the counter – I can only guess this is because she can't be trusted to fill an order correctly.nnBecause of this one employee, though it's more expensive, I switched to CVS.

My go to Walgreens when I need to buy lighters because they are usually 2 for 3. I love how fast you can rack up Walgreens points especially when it comes to the pharmacy. The pharmacy at this location is the best one in Quincy. I drive out of the way just to go to this Walgreens Pharmacy every month because they can always fill my prescriptions with no hassle. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
