We engaged TruCare Restoration & Roofing for a roof inspection, and we can't say enough about the service that we received. In addition to the prompt, professional communication up front, TruCare was right on time. The roof inspection was very comprehensive, inclusive of an internal (attic) and external inspection - all at a very reasonable cost. TruCare repaired a leaky roof and water damaged ceilings caused by an improper deck addition performed by the previous home owners. I received an estimate from Erik that wasn't my lowest bid, but it was fair and I felt assured that all work would be done correctly. When the job was completed, I was extremely pleased with the results. I received before and after pictures of the work on the roof, and the ceilings in the home looked great! They were even able to match the ceiling patterns, which went beyond my expectations. The work crews were on time, friendly, and performed an excellent clean-up effort of the work area afterwards. Thanks Erik and crew for providing an outstanding solution for my roof repairs.
