I appreciated the professional quality from start to finish of their work. Insulation was blown into my attic: the process of this was explained, including possible rebates for upgrading. The installers wore masks, covered the floors, and were very helpful vacuuming not only my stairs, but also the vent near the attic entrance (which was very clogged). I will reach out to them again for a different project, if needed.

As others have stated, Charlie doesn't try to over sell, he'll explain the pro's/con's of all the options and answer any questions you have. Further, when I contacted Charlie before making a decision, he again answered my questions and immediately updated the proposal with the points we'd discussed.nnThen, at the appointed day & time, Hector & Eric arrive and 'do their stuff'. Again, great communication, great service, great product and just as important all at a very competitive price.nnChoose Aladdin, you will not regret it.nnUPDATE : We found an issue after the install and what separates Charles from other companies, is the way he stands behind his product and service. 5 Star +++ !
Service: Charlie came out to give us a quote, and he was very professional and personable. He wasn't just trying to sell us on insulation, he actually cares about what he does and the service he provides. I felt as though he was honest throughout the entire process and I respect that. Hector and Eric were the ones to come out and complete the installation and they were very quick and very thorough. All of which were very nice guys and very professional. They explained everything very well to me and answered every question, and then showed me the completed installation. Great job guys.nnProduct: I respect that they dont use spray foam, at least to my knowledge, due to sticking with their belief that it is not safe. (Sorry if I'm wrong on that, I saw it in a previous review response from the owner). They stick to their high standards, and had a great product. Which was the white fiberglass insulation.nnI recommend these guys, they will not let you down. Thank you guys! Will definitely be recommending to friends and also will use them for duct cleaning when we cross that bridge.
Aladdin insulation returned to my home after insulating my attic 10 yrs ago. I had work done in my attic thus I needed Aladdin to return. They did happily. The men were polite, professional and cleaned up after completing their work. I recommend them highly and will refer them each time i get the chance. Midge T.
Charles (owner) and his team are top notch and offer a superior service with insulation installation. The installers were detail oriented and very thorough throughout the entire process. They put blankets down to protect floors, sealed exposed openings with spray foam and vacuumed up any mess when done. Fast turnaround from quote to getting on the schedule. We already notice a significant difference throughout the day and how the home keeps in cool air during hot Summer days. Very pleased with the results.
