High Guard did a great job installing our roof. They were very professional, responsive, and customer focused. When there was a small issue, the promptly return and took care of it right away. They also, went out of their way to make sure that we were pleased and satisfied with their work.
I can’t thank HighGuard enough for not only replacing my roof but more importantly going to work for me by getting my insurance company to approve and pay for the whole thing. The biggest difference with HighGuard vs other roofers is that they have their own adjuster who deals with your (sometimes very difficult insurance companies) and takes you out of the middle. They handle all of this for you, which is a huge relief. I was especially grateful for Madison Hoke, who patiently explained the entire process to me. He walked me through all the details and kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my insurance. He was incredibly kind, honest, thorough and professional.
There was storm damage on my roof. Madison's team contacted my insurance and got my roof replaced. His team has done great job. Thanks a lot!
