I worked with Scott to get an incredible deal on a new Pivot mountain bike. The service team had it set up and ready to ride so I could go straight from the shop to my local trails. Great bike, communicative sales staff, a great deal, and easy to get to from Atlanta. Great experience all around.
Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. No high pressure tactics or rush to get you in and out. These folks really get it and will always make the 30min drive for their service.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Scott spent hours with me picking out the right product, walking me through the basics. etc. Impressive bike selection given the shortage.
I am not easily impressed when it comes to service, but I have to say that the Service team dept got a big WOW out of me. They are going above and beyond, making it right and taking care of the client. Thank you to all of them and especially Taylor.
I went to Roswell Bicycles because the bike shops near me are closed on Sundays. I needed to pick up a derailleur cable. I gave 5 stars because they are super knowledgeable, have a solid inventory, and are very friendly. The mechanics talked to me at length about how I can tune my own bike. Their prices are just a little higher than what you can find on the internet but I’m happy to pay a little more because of their customer service. I will return. I would highly recommend Roswell Bicycles to anyone and everyone
