I used Chastain Roofing in 2013 for some roof issues. Andres did such a good job that when it was time to do a full re-Roofing job, I contacted them for a quote. Bernard came out for the estimate, answered my many questions over the course of a week or so and ultimately I chose them to do the job over the other companies. Bernard’s experience and longevity with Chastain was a big factor in choosing them. Also being in business for over 25 years and the good reviews only sealed the deal. The owner came out with the crew in the morning, checked on them during the day and was there at the end of the day to check out the job, along with another employee, Brad, and they noticed that an air intake vent on my chimney had deteriorated. They replaced the vent the following week and the job is now complete. Everyone worked diligently and with care. The site was cleaned up to perfection. Any and all of my concerns and questions were addressed and answered in a professional and respectful way. Everyone I spoke with in the office or on site was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Great job and I would definitely recommend this company.

Brad and his team was great! Very knowledge on roofing installation and roofing products. The installation only took one day and the cost was very reasonable! They also have amazing customer service and are not pushy at all. Would defiantly recommend.

Chastain Roofing completed a total roof replacement and inside painting for my home. Throughout the process, Brad was responsive to any and all of my concerns with consistent communication. They arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Staff was professional and produced quality work on the exterior and interior of my home. Great customer service was provided all around!

Replaced a chimney cap on my home. Great experience top to bottom. The estimate was timely and fair and product/installation were top quality. Staff was courteous and professional from office to the field. Would definitely call them again.
