It was a great experience all around. Do to my work schedule I got there 15 minutes before closing time and I was greeted as if they just opened the doors. The older lady that helped me was very patient and knowledgeable, and never once made me feel rushed . She helped me choose a bike to fit my size, then offered for me to take it out for a ride. Once I was back and decided to purchase the bike she sent it to the back to have it all adjusted and have the attachments out on, and all of this was well after closing time at this point. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and absolutely professional. Beyond that I learned that they will perform routine tune ups for free for as long as I own the bike. Who could ask for more. Thanks for a great experience.

I live in South Louisiana. I ordered a bike over the phone with Trey Hair. Trey was very helpful and guided me in the process of getting the bike shipped to another Trek dealer in Louisiana, to be assembled. As bikes are hard to find, Trey and Atlanta Trek came thru! Thanks, guys!!!
