The service is great. The staff is helpful and no pressure. I thought about buying a bike and they talked me out of it. It was more about having the right bike. They are very knowledgeable and their mechanics are the best.
I went to the store to by a bike rack to mount bikes to my car. The employee took the time to help me pick the right product and show me how to install it onto my vehicle. He really took the time and care to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service.
Easy and efficient service during Covid.. drive up and they come out. I had a bad experience with a tire repair that ended up with me having to drive all the way back there to fix it. They did reimburse me.. but the guy who had originally worked on it.. was very defensive and borderline abusive to me when I came back. I think it depends who you get there.ud83dudeb2
