Fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. They really want everyone to enjoy a bike ride, they aren't snobs, they will offer whatever help they can, on the spot, and give you a price up front. Very happy with their work.

Purchased my bike from Landry's over a year ago prior to the Pan Mass Challenge bike ride...and since, I have put about 800 + miles on the bike. I wanted to take my bike into Landry's for an inspection/maintenance check mainly for peace of mind.nAfter dropping the bike off one morning, a couple of hours later received an email from Orion saying that there was nothing wrong with the bike and that it did not require some major service or anything (something that I had wondered it might require and was bracing myself for a hefty estimate!).nI really appreciated his honesty and a few weeks later, brought it in for a 'Ride Ready' service...and the bike is in fine working order.nThe staff at Landry's are always incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and there is not another shop I would entrust my bike's needs than Landry's. They are the best and I tell people who might be interested in purchasing a bike, or might be in need of a tune up, go to Landry's because they'll treat you right and get the job done in a timely manner. Four stars is not enough!

I ordered a new bike online for pickup. Service when I went to pick it up was efficient and friendly. One of the employees installed a kickstand and a water bottle cage and rang me up for both all in like 10 minutes. The covid-compliant setup with lanes and booths was good too. I appreciated the organization and attention to social distancing efforts.
