After paying him in full, we waited months for Matt to put a roof on our house. He provided very little communication. Once he finally got started, he didn't tarp it properly and we woke up one morning to rain coming through our recessed lighting in our bedroom. I ended up eating the cost of the damage just to be done with him. We've now been waiting almost another 6 months for the certificate of completion so we can lower our homeowner's insurance company.
