I'm a new and first-time homebuyer in the Smyrna area with zero experience with roofing :). I was in need of a complete roof installation which also included replacing two of my four skylights and a chimney removal. I honestly can't speak into all the technicalities of the completed roof, but I do know it looks clean, detailed, and well done - oh, and was completed in one day before I even got home from work!nnObviously, the quality of the job is very important, but the reason I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fraser is for their employees and customer service. I first spoke with Tyler who was quick to reach out and schedule an inspection after I filled out a request on their website. He was incredibly kind, answered all 800 of my questions (sorry), and communicated clearly with me throughout the entire process. Everything that he communicated, happened when he said it would. The materials arrived on time, Joel and his installation crew started tear-off on time, and everything was cleaned up before I got home.nnAll this rambling to say - if you value quality work AND working with kind humans, please consider Fraser Roofing. A company who values people and clear communication will always win in my book! Thanks team for everything!
