I don't typically do reviews, but I needed to take a moment to say a few words. I'm the type of guy how is very skeptical and careful when it comes to who I choose to do work for me. So I was not excited about having to get my roof redone. But I have to say, Hiram Roofing hit it out of the park in all areas. They were very professional and responsive to me and my insurance company through the whole process. Alston took the time to explain concepts to me that I was non familiar with when it came to the claim process and the type of roof that he was recommending. He even explained my own insurance policy to me in a way that my agent was unable to do. This made me feel very comfortable with working with him. His crew was fast, but I didn't feel as if it was rushed in a way that would effect their quality or work. In fact, I now have a very high quality roof that includes a few 'bells and whistles' the average roof doesn't have.nnSo, I didn't only get a leaky roof corrected, but I will now sleep with ease regarding my roof the next time a storm comes through.nnThanks Alston!!

Absolutely A-1, 5 Star service. I had my roof replaced 5 years ago with another company and started having a leak issue in my chimney. After paying a Chimney Service company to come out and inspect, I was advised that the issue was with the roof, not the chimney. The owner at Hiram Roofing came out, inspected the roof and chimney and provided me with a written and video report of the problem (the Chimney flue seal) and gave suggestions on how to move forward (no fee charged for a 3 hour inspection). Im completely impressed with the professionalism and highly recommended Hiram Roofing to any and all with roofing needs.

I called, and they came out the same day. He repaired the issue, and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again for future roofing needs.

They had to reschedule my appointment but I was given plenty of notice. Upon arrival he was very nice and knowledgeable and had a good idea on what my issue was. After making a few very small repairs he said he would only be charging me for the inspection. If I have any other issues with my roof I will definitely be giving them another call

They came out and found the solution to my roof leak and was able to repair it at a great price and wirk was done on time. I highly recommend this company. They are awesome!!!!!
