Atlanta Roof Repairs - Roof Replacement, Commercial Building & Residential Roofing

I would look somewhere else for your roofing repairs. I hired this gentlemen Micheal Johnson owner of Atlanta Roof Repairs. He showed up a day late and spent a little over an hour maybe 90 minutes on my roof and charged us $285. The very next day the rain came and the leak began to drip. I called him and told him we still had the leak and was told to call him back first thing Monday morning. Which I did and was told he would be by that afternoon. Again he didn't show or call until the following day. He finally shows up explaining that he was having another company come by and access the roof because we had wind damage. At which point he basically left. The other guy got on my roof and told me there was in fact wind damage. So at this point I called another company with more and better reviews and my insurance adjuster and had them come out. I was told by both that our shingles were and good shape and were not more than 5 to 7 years old and were not damaged. The water had been slowly damaging the roof because of of a substandard installation the previous roofing company installed. The roof was not vented properly and moisture had slowly been warping and damaging the roof until it started the obvious leaking. I hate that I have to leave this review because this man nailed up a piece of roof trim inside the house that had been loose and sagging for months. Which was a nice thing to do, but it wasn't worth $285. He also told me he was coming back to place a tarp down to at least stop the water until we could replace the roof but like the other times he was suppose to show up he did not nor did he call. So I am done with this company and my last involvement will be to review Atlanta Roof Repairs everywhere I can to warn others who may have as little money as we do to stay away from them.
