I rented this room as a gift for my suns wedding night. Clean room great staff.

I understand how the hotel industry is struggling to support us during the virus, but this best Western has been wonderful. And the staff are so friendly. We appreciate you best western!
Hotel is currently under renovation. Rooms are clean and up to date. Unfortunately the fitness center and pool were unavailable for use. Location was quiet and nice location.
Please research this hotel before booking only the presidential rooms have a bath tub only the other rooms have walk in showers the phone didn't work at all the tv was facing the fridge not pull out couch or bed the pull out couch was dirty crumbs and the bed covers were stained yellow took them off and just used sheets the hot tub was falling apart I mean the concrete chips were all over the bottom of hot tub. While we did talk to the front end and nothing was done we also called our third party booking and they couldn't even move us to a new hotel all they could do was refund me my money but it would take 7-10 to get it back and I was 4 ours away from home we had no other place to stay we did and it was quiet and breakfast was ok
