The service is horrible except for the housekeeping. The overnight staff was very rude. I am a rewards member and have booked here multiple times. Most of the staff were familiar and recognized me and treatment was far from how you should treat a loyal customer. I’ll never go there again. Hospitality is essential and sorry they are lacking in this area. Also the hot water container needs to be cleaned. Coffee pieces come out of it.

Clean and nice, the staff was friendly. A good experience despite the Covid rules that have made most hotels totally annoying. Would definitely stay here again.
Staff is great and room were very modern. Recommended for sure.
Noise all night and Managment did nothing. Multiple calls and still noise all night from other guest. Very low class establishment.
