I have never dealt with a customer service that is this uncaring for its customers! I purchased a 125 dollar perfume that had a free gift w purchase, added both to my cart went to check out and my free gift was gone! Supposedly the store didn’t have it in stock.. I called the customer service they told me I can get all the items shipped to me to take advantage of the free gift( I needed the perfume for a gift that weekend) I told him there’s no way you can just ship it to the store or something for me to pickup they said no- emailed customer service about this and they pretty much told me that oh so sorry there’s nothing we can do but don’t worry we always have promotions you can take advantage of the next one! I don’t even want to shop here anymore why offer things to your customers if you won’t uphold and follow through.. rather go to Macy’s or Sephora!

Everyone was really kind and helpful but gave you your space. It was clean, quiet, and no lines around 2 on a Thursday. I was in and out and check out was polite quick and effecient. I usually shop ulta online but it was a nice change to browse in person. Got the primer and foundation I wanted. Happy gal!

I have dealt with a lot of ulta's, but this is the worse managed store I have ever visited. The lines are always down the end of the store and there is usually only one person on the register. Yesterday, the lines were across the store, one person was on the register and I asked about a $100 item. She tried to get someone from the back three times and no-one responded. So they lost a $100 sale. People were walking out and this is the same every time you visit. This store should be closed or under new management.

I didn't have a problem with the workers , the worker at the register was nice , but i agree the lines were long and only one register was open when there is plenty of workers. Considering to get my hair done there but idk if I'm willing to pay that much because of some customers reviews.

worst place ever! I wanted a simple haircut, the stylist, dolly? was more interested in small chat with her co workers rather than speaking with the client, i.e me! cut uneven, left there looking worse than what I went in with! do not waste your money, I paid $50.00! for a haircut, no style, no glam! don't bother with this place
