I’ve been to this Kroger’s pharmacy 3 times. The first time took half an hour just to get checked out because their system for running cards was down and they had just rebooted it, which meant having to run around to about 3 different check outs to find one that worked. The second time was a fairly quick check out. This past time, however was when I decided to call quits. I was the only one standing to simply drop off a prescription. However, it being a Sunday, the line to pick up prescriptions was endless, which I can sympathize with; except no one even acknowledged me to say they would be with me shortly. As I saw more people getting in line to pick up prescriptions, I called it quits. Due to all three pharmacists checking people out and the phone ringing without an answer, I had had it. It wasn’t even as though no one saw me, I was passed numerously and glanced at but no one even said a word to me. The points to save on gas aren’t worth setting aside half an hour each time I need to go to the pharmacy.

The drive thru is extreme nasty. The phone receiver stinks, the screen is scratched and all other parts are very dirty. None of it has been disinfected in quite awhile.

Perfection is nearly unattainable but I have been e extreme my pleased with all my interactions at the Pharmacy and the Pharmacist offers to go above and beyond with helpfulness and advocacy. Grateful for their help in a confusing insurance and Medicare stipulation ruled world.
