The new location at Westgate Mall is perfect. They are right in the mall now, next to Burlington Coat Factory. Alot selection and the staff is always available to help.
Terrible terrible location. Where is management? Non-existent clearly. Called multiple times 1 hour prior to close and no one answers the phone, after ringing over and over again eventually system simply hangs up. AVOID THIS STORE!!!
Saw a kayak in stock online but decided to call to confirm. Spent 30 min getting bounced around to 6 different people on the phone just to find out they actually did not have it on stock. Second to last guy hung up on me after saying he'd transfer me again. It's a yes or no question. What the hell is going on over there?
Store is basically empty. They have nothing. You should close this location. Waste of a trip
