What a charm! The breakfast is the best: fresh fruit, juice, coffee/tea or hot chocolate, freshly baked goods (cake, muffin, roll), cheese and yogurt - all brought out to the patio for the guests. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and we loved the afternoon (freshly baked!) cookies.
20th anniversary and I’ve never been to Nantucket. I was intrigued by the reviews and the location of the Barnicle inn. I never thought I’d receive this level of service. Not only is the Barnicle Inn a beautiful, spacious and ultra clean place... the family that runs this inn are phenomenal. Especially Suzie. I was taken back at her hospitality. A hand written anniversary card placed under my door was ridiculously thoughtful. A beautiful Complimentary breakfast in bed tray delivered to my room each morning with a fresh cut rose was delightful. Garden area is quiet and very comfortable and the location is perfect!! Now I’m not a romantic guy but when my wife saw this breakfast display I quickly became the dude in “the notebook”. Thank you Suzie and family for making my anniversary one to remember. Sincerely JH
So sad to leave here today. Only thing missing is my puppy & I would probably never go home ! The inn is charming , clean & serene. The location is the best ever. Suzy was available & the staff. Barnacle Inn is very close to downtown, pricing is reasonable, owners are very friendly, rooms are cozy and charming. Loved my stay at Nantucket!nThank you Suzie and Phil!
